City Administrator Adam Lincoln Reads Aloud

As a part of the 2019 Summer Reading Program, young children and their families/caregivers are invited to join Pullman City Administrator Adam Lincoln in the library’s Heritage Addition on Thursday, July 18 from 10:30-11 a.m. Adam Lincoln will read some of his favorite books to children and answer questions.
