Storytime and Storytelling

Mayor Johnson, the Voice of the Cougs came to storytime today and had us all laughing, roaring, trumpeting and ready for story after story!  He read four wonderful stories  to us including his all-time favorite, “The Baby BeeBee Bird” by Diane Massie and Steven Kellogg.  It was a fun and good-noisy time for one and all as it always is when Mayor Johnson is our guest reader!

The Summer Reading Program continues with weekly storytimes every Wednesday and Thursday at 10:30.  In addition, Cajun Storyteller Justin Cooley will entertain next Tuesday (July 14) at 1:00.
