Neill Public Library is joining libraries around the country in a focused effort to support the environment through the practice of using sustainable bags. Neill Public Library kicks off their “Bring a Bag/Buy a Bag” campaign for patrons on December 17, 2008. Patrons are encouraged to bring their own bag(s) when they come to the library to check out materials. In addition, the library will sell reusable bags for $2.00 each at the Circulation Desk on a first come, first serve basis. Five hundred bags are available for purchase.
