Today is National Library Workers Day, "a day for library staff, users, administrators, and Friends groups to recognize the valuable contributions made by all library workers." So states the purpose behind designating a special day during National Library Week. During these tight budget times the staff at your library are working hard to keep up the level of service you expect and 
appreciate.
