Nominees for 2010 YRCA award

The Pacific Northwest Library Association list is out with the nominees for the 2010 YRCA (Young Reader's Choice Award). This award is nominated by children, teachers, parents, and librarians in the Pacific Northwest. The list this year is made up of books published in 2007 and children in grades 4 - 12 will vote from March 15 to April 15 next year.

We have many of the nominees in our collection already and the ones we don't have are being added soon. Come look at the special display and check out what's in the running for the award.

The voting for 2009 will close soon and the winners will be announced after that. There is a winner from each of the three divisions.
