NOAA Weather Spotter Class

Are we having more cold or hot weather here this year? Perceptions don't always agree with the facts. People who keep track of the weather know for sure. There will be an opportunity at the library to learn how to be a volunteer NOAA weather spotter. The class date is Monday, October 12 at 5:30 p.m.

Volunteer weather observers provide data such as temperature, precipitation, and snowfall. See this NOAA site for more information about the services provided by volunteer observers.
