New Adult Services Librarian Named

We are pleased to announce that a new Adult Services Librarian has been hired and will join the library staff on January 4, 2010. Cheryl Brinkley comes from the Freedom Regional Library in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she currently serves as Information Services Librarian. Her public library career also includes former jobs as Teen Librarian and Head of Adult Services. The NPL staff and library board look forward to working with Cheryl in the coming year. Thank you, also, to the community members who helped the selection committee with finding our new Adult Services Librarian!
