Library Celebration with Toot and Puddle!

Young children of all ages are invited to Reaney Park, July 15 from 1:30-2:15 p.m. to join Toot and Puddle, beloved characters from the books by Holly Hobbie.   There will be a piggy-good time for everyone with fun songs and yummy treats and door prizes. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to bring their cameras to take a picture of their child with Toot and Puddle at this free event sponsored by the Friends of Neill Public Library.
