Special Program! Noise Guy Charlie Williams!

The Friends of Neill Public Library invite you to enjoy a free performance by the Zany Czar of Sound, Noise Guy Charlie Williams on Friday, July 23 at 10:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. in the library’s Heritage Addition.  Williams is a vocal sound impressionist who can imitate the sound of planes, trains, automobiles, animals, everyday annoyances and much, much more.  There’s never a dull or quiet moment when Williams is around.  Make plans to join us for this most entertaining show - you won’t believe your ears!
