New items and NYT Bestseller Lists

You can find the items in our collections that are on each week's New York Times fiction and nonfiction best seller lists. Included are items in the downloadable collections. These best seller lists are updated every week, either on Friday or the following Monday, depending on staff availability. The list of new items added to our collections (except for downloadables) is updated at the beginning of the month. If you really want to be on top of the new items added, change the JUN 11 to JUL 11 in the space next to "Best Seller Keyword" and you'll be able to see the very, very latest items added! You could also change the search string to previous months as well. For instance, if you missed the new list for MAY 11, just type that in and click on the arrow in the red circle. You may have to experiment with the pull-down that says limits over on the right side to find the collections you want to search.

Once you request an item that says "In Processing," library staff locate that title from the shelves in the workroom, place a "red flag" in it to hurry it through the processing queue, and then it should be ready for you to pick up in about a week or less.
