Event/Date: Revised library hours start
November 4, 2012
City
budget cuts have forced a reduction in Neill Public Library’s hours of
operation.
Effective November 4th, the revised hours of
operation will be:
Monday 1 – 7, Tuesday 10 – 7, Wednesday 9 – 6, Thursday 9 – 6, Friday and
Saturday 1 – 5. The library will be closed
on Sundays.
Library
staff and the Board of Trustees solicited public opinion and reviewed
usage
statistics before making these changes in hours. Morning and evening
hours have been extended on select weekdays and Saturday operations
were
preserved.
