We're sad to say another goodbye, this time to Carrie, our Adult Services Library Assistant. Carrie has been a treasure to have on staff, for her sunny disposition and her amazing talents. She is moving to a full-time position at WSU's Global Campus. We're happy for your success, Carrie! WSU is lucky to have you.
Carrie's last day will be May 30th.

Carrie is a gifted artist-- she was a featured artist in Pullman's 2012 ArtWalk and was a finalist for the 2013 Moscow Farmers Market Poster Contest-- and she has put her talents to good use for the benefit of the library, creating amazing displays and signage, including all the "I Read Banned Books"
pictures used last year for Banned Books Week.

Carrie spends a considerable portion of her 20 hours per week out at the Information Desk, helping patrons directly. She also has provided one-on-one assistance through the library's Book a Librarian program. Carrie's work time away from the Information Desk is spent largely on special projects: custom tools to be used in the library, examining the circulation of portions of the collection, and generally supporting other staff as needed.

Carrie, we know you will be amazingly successful at whatever endeavors you try in the future. Don't be a stranger!
