National Cookie Day!

Pre-heat your ovens, get out your mixer and baking supplies.  Oh yes, it is National Cookie Day! Who knew?  We all do now, so let's get going!  And although I have more cookbooks than one human can ever use in two lifetimes, I have still perused the library's cookie resources.
