Annual In-House Work Week

Once again Neill Public Library is closed for it's annual In-House Work Week! I'm sure many of you wonder why we close and what we do. Library staff and city employees from the building department work feverishly during closed week on a long list of tasks and projects.  Our goal is to make Neill Public Library a clean, safe and vibrant community space for you and all residents of the community to enjoy!  Here's a sneak peak at some of the work being done!

Ceiling vents and lights are cleaned, light bulbs replaced.

Carpets, chairs and other upholstery are cleaned.  Painting is done and touch up work completed.

L.O.C.K.E.R. Boxes are cleaned and repaired. Entire book collections are cleaned and returned to the shelves for circulation when we reopen.
