Storytime with the Pullman Fire Fighters

Firefighter Erickson in full gear!
The library was full of excited children of all ages, delighted with the arrival of Pullman Firefighters.  These community heroes read books, shared safety tips and passed out fire hats and stickers to take home.  What a fun informative program for all!

The International Association of FireFighters Local 1892 presented a check for $500.00 to the Friends of Neill Public Library for the purchase of library materials about fire fighting, and the upkeep of the beloved fire truck in the children's area of the library.

Be sure to join us for two great programs next week.  On Tuesday, beloved book characters Pete the Cat and Skippyjon Jones are coming to Reaney Park at 1:00.  They have games for kids to enjoy and door prizes for every child too.  Bring your camera for a great photo!

On Thursday Pullman Police officers will be guest readers at storytime at 10:30.  They’re going to read, talk about their jobs and also let us sit in a squad car!  Join us!
