Legos at the Library

Thanks to a generous grant from the Pullman Education Foundation and matching funds from the Friends of Neill Public Library, we now have "Legos at the Library."  The first Lego program was held today as part of the library's summer reading program.  Over 20 children, who have completed grades 3 - 5, enjoyed a storybook that sparked the imagination, before digging into the Legos to create.

There will be another Lego program tomorrow for children who have completed grades K - 2. Keep on the lookout for more Lego fun to come.

Tomorrow the library will also host Mayor Glenn Johnson, the "Voice of the Cougars," as he reads his favorite books during storytime at 10:30. And for the teens, Chocolate Mania - with chocolate goodies, trivia and games, at 4:30 in the library.
