Join Toot and Puddle at the Lentil Festival Parade

You are invited to join Toot and Puddle, beloved children's book characters, along with library staff, teen volunteers, Friends of Neill Public Library and Library Board Trustees on Saturday, August 21 at 11 am for the Lentil Festival Parade. Decorate your umbrella and meet us at the library by the decorated library "float."  This year's parade entry will be decorated using the Summer Reading Program theme "Make a Splash and READ."

On Friday, August 20, the library parking lot will be closed at noon in preparation for the Lentil Festival. It will re-open after the parade on Saturday.
